EQUIPMENT We have the following laser equipment: Olympus Fluoview FV300
Laser equiped: 10 mW Argon ion 488nm 1mW HeNe Green 543nm 5mW HeNe Red 633nm A Ti:Sa femto-second laser, the 705 - 980nm Chameleon XR for 2-photon imaging has been installed and undergoing calibration. Others: Live cell imaging chamber with 5% CO 2 with air and stage heater.

There are 2 workstations (Intel Pentium 4) with Image Pro Plus, Photoshop CS2, Image J and various image processing software for image processing, analysis, 3D reconstruction and deconvolution respectively.
Network Attached Storage(NAS) NAS (network attached storage) is a hard disk array for image storage for confocal users. It was composed of 4 hard disks which can be access through internet. NAS is protected by a firewall router and will be back-uped regularly.
