Notes:

The dark regions (corresponds with mitochondria) seen in the green fluorescence in the cells at 0 min dissapears or are gone after 40 min of drug treatment.

TMRM intensity is also greatly reduced after 40 min of treatment and mitochondria morphology seemed to be diffused or lost.
